The operating units type USI have been specifically designed for operations facing, boring and recessing. The rotary motion is transmitted to the spindle by an electric motor, via a pair of toothed pulleys, keyed with conical sleeve. With this system one can vary rapidly the group of transmissions and thus have available a wide range of output speeds. The units are sliding, with guides in cast iron induction hardened and ground. Body and saddle sfacciatore are treated and ground steel.
A request to automatically adjust the progress of work, we can supply a valve fast / slow and thermally compensated pressure.
USI series hydraulic units Facing A hydraulic cylinder, embedded in the slide, the tool advancement.
The radial movement is carried out hydraulically by means of a rear cylinder, (NC on request)
On request they can be supplied as follows:
* fast / slow on the unit
* with screw and nut ball rolled or ground
* with flange joint to attach a brushless motor
* with slide surfaces coated with antifriction material
* with protective telescopic metal
* radial movement NC
